STILWELL'S GOT TALENT!

Stilwell Kiwanis announces the Fourth Annual Stilwell’s Got Talent contest as the Friday night entertainment for the 2024 Strawberry Festival! Entries are limited to the first 20 applications submitted and approved with a non-refundable $20 entry fee submitted with the application. The show is open to AMATEUR entertainers of all ages. (Performers whose talent is a significant source of income are not permitted to enter.) 

Prizes for the Senior division (ages 13 and up) are $500 for first place, $300 for second place and $200 for third place. Prizes for the Junior division (ages 12 and under) are $300.00 for first place, $200.00 for second place and $100.00 for third place. In addition, those who are in attendance during the May 12 contest will be able to vote ($1 per vote) for the People's Choice award, who will receive $100.00. 

Stilwell's Got Talent acts, which may be solo or a group, are limited to 6 minutes including set up, performance, and breakdown and must attend the rehearsal on Thursday evening, May 11. Acts will be judged on talent, originality, dress/costume/character, audience interaction, and overall appeal.

To apply, download the application at the link below, and take the completed application to the OSU Extension office, located in the basement of the courthouse at the corner of Second and Division in Stilwell. The application must be accompanied with the nonrefundable $20 entry fee, AND your music CD. Entries will be accepted April 3 thru April 28. Sorry, we can not accept entries after April 28.

SGT performances begin at 6:30 Friday night.
